This course is intended for:
- Directors and deputy directors of VET schools
- VET coordinators and department heads
- Quality assurance managers in VET institutions
- VET teachers and trainers with leadership responsibilities

Course Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Develop strategic leadership approaches adapted to VET institutions.
- Understand and apply the EQAVET framework for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen cooperation between VET schools and companies to improve work-based learning.
- Design and implement internationalisation strategies in VET institutions.
- Lead institutional change aligned with European VET priorities.
